Robert Thomas Lattus

I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Florida.

My research concerns distributed multi-agent cooperation & control in stochastic environments. I use a combination of reinforcement learning, wireless communication, stochastic methods, graph theory, and information theory to discover innovative ways to achieve mission driven tasks in a distributed fashion.

An uneducated engineer is reckless. Beyond my technical field, I have developed a deep interest in the classics, modern technology & weapon development, public policy, and civic engagement. I write many of my thoughts on these subjects and appreciate robust discussion.
